The idea, if I’m understanding correctly, is that when your hands are too busy. Media Markt will “take it in hand,” or “take care of it” for you, by delivering it to your door. Media Markt, for those in America who don’t know, is German-based consumer electronics store. I guess it’s kind of like Best Buy.
